Product Details
The waistband features an elastic gathered design with a black satin ribbon drawstring for adjustable waist. Handmade candle decorations are wrapped in fabric, shaped, and sewn onto the skirt frame. The hem is a double-layer circular frame wrapped in jacquard fabric, with faux candle accessories fixed around it, adorned with staggered crystal bead chains and black bead chains. The hem uses draped mesh with a bound edge finish, and the chiffon cascades in staggered layers to create a flowing, hazy effect.
