All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and order value.

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible orders. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address or redirect the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@gotodays.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will help you check the shipment status with the courier. However, GOTODAYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
