Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In its original condition
With all original tags and packaging attached
Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits
Earrings and other pierced jewelry
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Items damaged due to wear, washing, misuse, or improper care
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@gotodays.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for return
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GOTODAYS is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@gotodays.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gotodays.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
